Local Orders:
Option 1: Free pick-up from San Gwann.
Option 2: Orders are sent to the specified address, via Maltese Postal Service (Maltapost) as Registered mail.
Foreign Orders:
All orders are sent via Maltese Postal Service (Maltapost) as Registered mail. Usually orders are processed within 72 hours from the date of receiving the payment. The delivery time depends on the destination country.
* Delivery time to European Union countries lasts: from 3 to 9 business days
* Delivery time to other countries in Europe lasts: from 5 to 12 business days
* Delivery time to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand lasts: 8 to 18 business days
* Delivery time to other countries takes: 10 to 24 business days
The exemplary time specified above of order processing and/or delivery, does not apply to Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and statutory holidays in Malta.
All postage prices are calculated at checkout based on weight of parcel and delivery location.

Here at Preloved Store Malta, we pride ourselves on finding the best preowned pieces. We do our utmost to describe them in as much detail as possible, showing style, colours and pointing out faults (if any) with the item. We also measure them to make sure you are confident that your purchase will be the perfect fit! Every piece is washed or dry cleaned. Our standards are high and we quality check each and every item at several stages before it is listed on the website
As such, and because all garments are preowned, we do not issue reimbursements. However, if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange it, or give you a credit for a later purchase. Shipping fees may apply, and original shipping fees are not refundable.
